DESCRIPTION:ABCX Presenterar:\nVIIC WOODS + EMMER\nKöp Biljetter! 140 kr + service\n\nVIIC WOODS\nViic Woods är soloprojektet från Victoria Skoglund\, tidigare känd från Audrey och Mire Kay. Med debutalbumet Unravel Time (20 februari 2026) presenterar hon sitt mest personliga material hittills\, poetisk\, melankolisk indie med ett kraftfullt liveuttryck. På scen backas hon av livebandet The Dreamers\, med Anna Tomlin Osbeck på bas och sång samt Per-Ola Eriksson på trummor. Tillsammans skapar de ett organiskt och dynamiskt sound där låtarna får ta plats och växa. Kvällen bjuder även på premiär för ett nytt visuellt samarbete med konstnären Maja Daniels\, som adderar en extra dimension till liveupplevelsen.\n\nEMMER\nEmmer är ett popband från Malmö med influenser från 90-talet. Emmer är fina melodier\, skrammel och distade gitarrer. Med medlemmar från band som Scraps of Tape\, Albert\, Since our first guitar\, Veloria och Like Honey upplevs Emmer som ett vant liveband trots att gruppen gjort relativt få spelningar. De enkla poplåtarna är mer eller mindre dränkta i distortion och man kan upptäckta stänk av postrock- och shoegaze-element i dem. Emmer har släppt ett par EP och singlar och släpper under 2026 ny musik.

Ett självutnämnt flumrockband med punkig nerv och med ett musikaliskt uttryck som vilar på lika delar komplexitet som själ. Här finns ett driv som ekar tydligt av den mer experimentella delen av 90-talets amerikanska indierock/posthardcore-scen\, med influenser från band såsom Don Caballero och US Maple. Samtidigt finns här ett tydligt arv från svensk Silence-progg och band som Kebnekajse\, Träd Gräs & Stenar och Bob Hund. Captain Beefheart och Can är också märkbara influenser. Rock som är lekfull\, cerebral\, skev och behagligt muskelbefriad.\n\nBATHOUSE: Ingen har väl missat powertrion Bathouse och deras explosiva noise rawk.
